Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw, within fourteen days and without giving any reason, from a paid contract for the use of our Pro features.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded (i.e. from the day on which your Pro subscription was activated at klixly).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from the contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Note: The processing of the payment and any refund are handled technically via Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), our “Merchant of Record”. See Privacy Policy §2.5.

Duration of the Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal remains in effect for the full 14-day period, even though the Pro features are unlocked immediately after checkout. At checkout, we do not obtain any express consent to the early expiry of the right of withdrawal within the meaning of Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
