What is klixly?
klixly is a link-in-bio platform — you get a public page at klixly.app/yourname that bundles your social profiles, shops, newsletter and content. A fast web business card for creators, small companies, and anyone who needs one URL to share. With the Content Planner you can also plan and publish your social media posts straight from klixly — including analytics and a comment inbox.
What does klixly cost?
The Free plan is permanently free and includes unlimited links, a basic analytics dashboard, preset themes and 2 bio pages. The Pro plan (€4/month) unlocks custom colours, background images, advanced analytics, newsletter-provider integrations, the Content Planner and up to 10 pages. The Business plan (€12/month) adds team features and an expanded Content Planner. Full details on the Pricing page.
How do I create my first bio page?
When you sign up you pick a username — that becomes your first bio page (klixly.app/your-username) automatically. In the dashboard you add your content under "Links" and tune the look in the "Design" tab. Flip the Publish toggle and your page is live.
Can I have multiple pages?
Yes. Free gets 2 pages, Pro up to 10. In the user menu at the bottom-left you'll find "Create new page" and a switcher between your pages. Each page has its own links, theme and analytics — fully independent.
How does click analytics work? What gets tracked?
Our analytics are deliberately GDPR-conformant and data-light: per click we store a timestamp, link ID and country. No IP addresses, no cookies for your visitors, no fingerprinting. Raw click rows are deleted after 30 days; only aggregated daily stats survive.
How do I enable 2FA or a passkey?
Both options live in the user menu under "Account". For 2FA, scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password) and confirm the first code — you'll get 10 backup codes as a downloadable file. Passkeys work directly with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or a hardware key. Combine both with as many devices as you like.
How do I export newsletter subscribers?
Open the dashboard's "Inbox" tab to see all subscribers. Pro lets you export them as CSV or forward signups directly to Mailchimp, Brevo, MailerLite or ConvertKit. The per-block config lives when editing the newsletter link.
How do I delete my account completely?
Account → "Danger Zone" → "Delete account". We then immediately and irreversibly remove all pages, links, click data, newsletter subscribers and any other data tied to you. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
