Understanding analytics
Analytics show you how your bio page is used — without invasive tracking. Here's what's measured and how to read it.
Opening analytics
You'll find the analytics area in your dashboard sidebar. Advanced reports (geo map, referrers, devices, export) are a Pro feature; basic click counts are always available.
What's measured
klixly captures aggregated metrics rather than personal profiles:
- Page views of your bio page.
- Clicks per link — how often each button is used.
- Trend over time — how things develop day by day.
Sources & devices
With Pro you see where your visitors come from: referrers (e.g. Instagram, search), countries on a geo map and the device types used — all aggregated, without identifying individuals.
Statistics from the Content Planner
Besides your bio page analytics, klixly also collects metrics for posts you publish via the Content Planner. These come directly from each platform — and not every connected service provides them: Discord returns no statistics, and Telegram only a subscriber count. For all other connected platforms, post and account figures are fetched.
CSV export
You can export your analytics as CSV and process them further in your own tools.
Privacy
klixly uses day-salted hashes for click tracking — no plain-text IP addresses are stored and there's no cross-site tracking. That keeps your analytics GDPR-compliant and cookie-free.
