Content Planner
The Content Planner lets you publish and schedule posts to your own social accounts from one place, then track how they perform — all without leaving klixly. The Content Planner is included in the Pro and Business plans — Business adds team features and higher limits. Here is how each part works.
Connect your accounts
Open the Planner and go to the Accounts tab. Connect each social account through its official login (OAuth) — klixly only ever accesses your own accounts. Access tokens are stored encrypted and can be removed any time by disconnecting the account.
Compose a post
In the composer you write your text, add media from the media library, and tailor each platform: per-platform captions, hashtag sets, templates and platform-specific fields (for example a YouTube title, privacy and tags). Pick which connected accounts the post goes to.
Schedule or publish
Publish immediately, or pick a date and time and klixly publishes automatically at the right moment — with automatic retries if a platform is briefly unavailable. Videos that need it are transcoded in the background first.
Calendar & brands
The calendar shows everything planned and published at a glance. Manage several brands in separate workspaces and switch between them with one click.
Analytics
After publishing, klixly reads the statistics for your own posts and accounts — views, likes and comments per post, plus follower and subscriber counts — and shows them in one place. This doesn't work on every platform, though: Discord provides no statistics, and Telegram only a subscriber count.
Engagement inbox
Comments and replies on your published posts land in the engagement inbox, where you can read them, mark them as done and reply directly. Your own comments are not shown — only inbound engagement from others.
Your data
klixly uses your connected accounts solely to provide these features, never to read other users' content. Tokens are encrypted and deleted when you disconnect. Details are in our privacy policy.
